It affects men more frequently than women. There is also a decrease in the perception of contrasts with impairment of color vision.<\/p>\n<p>At the FO we find a macular lifting, a more or less extensive bubble. Angiography is an essential examination, which allows to see and evaluate this bubble, as well as OCT for monitoring.<\/p>\n<p class=\"translation-block\">The evolution is most often towards spontaneous healing with a possible recurrence.<br>\nIn some cases, it will be necessary to perform photocoagulation with an Argon laser to close the leak.<br>\nThe ophthalmologist will decide whether or not to undergo surgical treatment based on additional examinations.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Il s\u2019agit d\u2019une pathologie de la r\u00e9tine due \u00e0 la pr\u00e9sence de liquide sous la neuro-r\u00e9tine qui va la soulever et entra\u00eener une baisse de la vision.
