This leads to distortion of images both at distance and near. Often, myopia and hyperopia are associated with a certain degree of astigmatism.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Correction of astigmatism<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Astigmatism surgery is possible, whether it is isolated or associated with another optical defect. We can correct astigmatism up to 6 diopters, even when associated with other visual defects such as myopia, hyperopia, and presbyopia.
